For nearly 20 years, I have taught introduction to gemmology at NSCAD University. This practice includes lectures, workshops, and curriculum design, helping students and professionals deepen their understanding of gemstones, crystallography and the jewellery industry. Whether in formal courses or specialized programs, my focus is on constructing engaging, meaningful, and practical learning experiences.
Professional Jewellery Services
As one of only 38 fully designated CAJAs in Canada, I provide ethical, research-driven valuations for the jewellery industry. Each valuation follows CAJA-accredited protocols and is double-checked to ensure the integrity and impartiality of my assessments. CAJA appraisers combine years of experience, rigorous training, and strict adherence to ethical and technical standards to deliver valuations that are accurate, fully justified, and professionally documented. My work prioritizes accuracy, transparency, and professional rigour, making sure that each piece is evaluated thoughtfully and responsibly.
Project & Organizational Work
I support both creative organizations and small businesses through bookkeeping, project management, and operational infrastructure.
